La canción actualmente se posiciona en el puesto número 12 de las canciones más populares de Estados Unidos, según Billboard Hot 100, haciendo su quinto sencillo consecutivo en ingresar al Top 15 en dicho chart. “Clumsy” aparece en la banda sonora de la película de Judd Apatow, Knocked Up.
